Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to process your order in addition to the shipping time. 

Domestic orders will be ship with USPS Priority.

International orders will be ship with USPS First Class. 

How soon do you ship orders?
Kò essence is a small studio however we try and ship products within 3-5 days.

I just placed and order but I do not see a tracking number yet ?
Once we create a shipping label for order, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided. You can track your order.
