Orders will be processed for shipping within 3 - 5 days of placement. Transit times vary by carrier and service, but our average transit time is 3 days.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can easily change your address for free.
If your order has been shipped (it has a tracking number), we will have to issue a change-of-address claim with our shipping carrier directly. This is a $15 fee. Unfortunately, once the shipment leaves our facility, we do not have the ability to re-route it without the change-of-address claim.
